Electronic Control Units (ECU)

Highly integrated automotive control units for seats, doors and crash-triggered safety functions — engineered with cybersecurity, functional safety and full in-house software capability.

OVERVIEW

Three specialized control units, one integrated development platform.

Our ECU portfolio delivers three specialized control units for the modern vehicle interior: the Seat Control Unit (SCU) manages up to 12 motors per seat with positioning, ventilation and heating functions; the Door Control Unit (DCU) handles power windows, mirrors, hidden handles and electronic locks; and the Crash Power Module (CPM) ensures door unlock functionality after a collision through supercapacitor-powered backup. All three share the same engineering foundation: highly integrated design, HSCAN/CAN FD/LIN communication, and OTA capability with A/B bank support.

BCS has been shipping ECUs in serial production since 2021, with a growing portfolio of programs across global OEM platforms. Our roadmap continues through 2029 — from current-generation Ripple/Hall solutions to BLDC motor control, integrated auto-door functions, and 48V system architectures currently in advanced research.”
